The Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction has voted in its new board of directors, paving the way for women in the construction industry. As the construction industry’s labor shortage intensifies, the number of women stepping into the industry has reached an all-time high. Meet Future Leader of The Year- Maria Patchin, Project Quality Manager at Swinerton and NAWIC Sacramento Member
Maria is an accomplished Quality Assurance Engineer and Construction Quality Control Manager who uses her energy to encourage others to contribute to the construction industry as well as collaborate. Maria has contributed to NAWIC at national, regional and chapter level by participation in various committees such as Philanthropic, Emerging Professionals or Diversity and Inclusion. She is also a Board member of the NAWIC Sacramento chapter.
